Flat Wall Panel — Cashmere Ivory Linen

Cashmere Ivory Linen is the lightest finish in our flat wall panel range — a pale oatmeal cream with a broken horizontal grasscloth texture, closer to raw silk or woven paper than to a smooth painted wall.

Light-lifting, without going stark

The problem with painting a dark room white is that it goes flat and clinical. Cashmere Ivory lifts the light in the same way but keeps texture in the surface, so the wall still has something to look at. The horizontal weave breaks up reflected light into a soft, uneven glow rather than a hard flat bounce — which is why it is our first recommendation for north-facing rooms and hallways with no window.

Its sister finish

Cashmere Ivory and Belgian Mocha are the same textile family in two temperatures — one pale and cool-cream, one warm and deep taupe. Where Cashmere Ivory Linen works best

Dark hallways, north-facing bedrooms, box rooms and basement conversions — anywhere you need light without sterility. It is also excellent as a whole-room treatment in a bedroom, as a backdrop for artwork (the texture flatters framed pieces far better than flat paint), and in a living room where you want the furniture to be the feature. In commercial work it suits galleries, showrooms, treatment rooms and hotel corridors.

Installation

Panels bond directly to a flat, dry substrate with high-grab construction adhesive (CT1 or similar). No battens or lining required. Cut with a fine-tooth blade or a sharp knife and straight edge. The grasscloth texture runs horizontally — keep every panel the same way up, and dry-lay the wall before you commit to adhesive.
