Flat Wall Panel — Carrara Marble
Carrara Marble is the brightest finish in our flat wall panel range — a clean white ground crossed by soft grey veining and warm gold-caramel drifts, printed at full slab scale across a panel measuring 2800 × 1100 mm.
Why it reads as stone and not as tile
The difference is scale. Marble-effect tiles repeat their pattern every 300 or 600 mm, and the eye picks that up from across a room — you see a grid before you see a stone. Our flat panels carry the veining across 3.08 m² in a single unbroken sheet, so a standard 2.7 m chimney breast is two panels and one joint rather than forty tiles and a grout map. The white ground stays genuinely white rather than drifting grey, and the gold veins give it warmth that a pure black-and-white marble effect never has.
Flat panels versus our Venetian profiles
Our Concave, Flute, Square and Triangle Venetian panels are about shadow — a three-dimensional profile that changes as the light moves. Flat panels are about surface. Choose flat when the material itself is the feature and you want an uninterrupted plane: a marble wall, a stone wall, a linen wall. Choose a profile when you want architectural rhythm and texture. Many of our customers use both in the same project — a fluted feature wall, flat panelling everywhere else.

Where Carrara Marble works best
Bathrooms and wet rooms are the strongest use — the panel is 100% waterproof, and because it goes on in full sheets there is virtually no grout to discolour or re-seal. It works beautifully behind a freestanding bath, as a shower surround, as a kitchen splashback, and as a bright feature wall in a room that needs lifting. In commercial work it suits salons, treatment rooms, boutique hotel bathrooms and any fit-out where real marble is out of budget but the look is not negotiable.
Installation
Panels bond directly to a flat, dry substrate with high-grab construction adhesive (CT1 or similar). No battens, no substructure, no grouting. Cut with a fine-tooth blade or a sharp knife and straight edge. At 9–11 kg a panel this is a comfortable two-person lift, and one panel covers what would otherwise be an afternoon of tiling. Joints can be left as a fine shadow gap or closed with a colour-matched trim.
Order a sample first — £3.99. Marble veining photographs differently to how it reads on a wall, and white finishes in particular shift with your room's light. A sample tells you in five minutes what a screen cannot.

Panels are installed using a high-grab wall adhesive such as No More Nails or CT1, then secured with the integrated profile system. The adhesive provides the initial bond, while the profiles lock each panel in place, ensuring accurate alignment and long-term stability. Panels are fitted sequentially, with profiles supporting the next panel or optional LED inserts, resulting in a clean, secure finish suitable for DIY or professional installation.

How do I install the panels?
It is very simple to install either by bonding with grab adhesive or by mounting with screws through the felt and into your wall. View our installation guide for more information.
What size are the panels?
You can view all of the measurements by clicking on the specification tab.Add your measurements to our coverage calculator to see how many panels you need. If you need more assistance, contact our helpful customer care team.
Can I cut the panels?
All panels can be easily cut with a fine-toothed hand saw to create your desired length. If you need to adjust the width, slice the felt backing with a sharp utility knife.
Can I paint, stain or oil the panels?
Yes, absolutely. To paint your panels, you can simply do so with a paint brush, roller, or sponge to apply paint directly to the surface. Alternatively, you can opt for a wood stain or oil to bring out the natural wood grain.
